I had a leisurely morning packing up from my nice cottage in Portland. I drove up Mount Tabor, based on Michael’s research of Mount Hood views. This is really a small hill not far from the neighborhood I was in. And it does have the view.

It was not as crystal clear as the previous day but still sunny and not raining.

Then I drove around downtown Portland a bit admiring the architecture. I love the old fashioned feel, which takes me back to my childhood. I did find Mother’s Bistro, which I had picked because it was close to the rental car return. And then Susan recommended it out of the blue. Really good choice. Too busy eating to take pictures

Now I am in the waiting room at Union Station, waiting..

If it weren’t so cold I would like to get a picture of the station. Maybe later.
